Epoxy flooring systems
We use a commercial-grade, 100% solids epoxy basecoat, a full-broadcast flake, and an 85% solids polyaspartic topcoat with incredible durability. A typical installation takes two days. You can resume light foot traffic approximately 14 hours after install, and heavy traffic approximately 48 hours after install.​

We charge $7 per square foot for a standard +/- 400 square foot, two-car garage. Price may vary depending on the state of your concrete and the size of your project.

$65/hr plus the cost of travel and materials.

Epoxy flooring systems
The square-foot cost is based on the size of the job and the state of the concrete. A clean +/- 400sf, 2-car garage, costs $7 per sf. The sf cost can come down for larger projects. Significant prep work filling cracks, emptying clutter, working around fixed plumbing or shelving units, etc., will also impact the cost per sf.

Finish work
"Finish work" includes a wide range of improvements: framing, drywall, texture, paint, trim, doors, outlets, lights, sinks, and more. We charge an hourly rate for this work, plus the cost of travel and materials. The discounted rate applies to garage improvement projects that include an epoxy floor. For projects that don't include an epoxy floor, finish work will run at $75/hr.

Shelving and organization
We can build or install a wide range of shelving and organization options, from custom-built, to purchased, assembled, and installed. A 4x8 section of shelving or slat wall starts around $400, and a 4x8 section of peg board starts around $125.
